I was born in London and went to a state co-ed comprehensive school. I have over 30 years’ experience in the City and started my career as a Legal Secretary within one of the Magic Circle law firms. I went on to study Human Resources which lead me to Financial Services. I have also worked in Business Management but my current role is Risk Management.

My journey with I Choose Freedom started over 10 years ago when I met one of the team at an NCT event and from there it began. From day one I was drawn to the inspiring stories of pain, strength and resilience and knew I wanted to be involved in some way. Over the years I have volunteered, organised fundraising and supported in any way possible.  Then, the amazing opportunity to become a Trustee opened up and I was sold once again.
