Our CEO has been made Deputy Lieutenant of Surrey

Charlotte Kneer has been appointed by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Surrey to be Deputy Lieutenant

We are so proud to announce that our CEO has been made deputy lieutenant of Surrey.

Charlotte Kneer has been appointed by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Surrey to be Deputy Lieutenant!

She is so honoured, and we are all so proud. This position will elevate Charlotte's chances to raise awareness about domestic abuse. This recognition is so well deserved, you are truly amazing Charlotte.

We are also so pleased that Nicola Dawes, the founder and Chief Executive of Stripey Stork has also been made Deputy Lieutenant of Surrey.

We have always worked closely with Stripey Stork and we are incredibly happy that Nicola has also been recognised.

We can't wait to see the amazing work that Charlotte, Nicola and Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Surrey do together!

Quote from Charlotte:

"I was delighted to receive the news that Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Surrey, Mr Michael More- Molyneux, has appointed me to be Deputy Lieutenant of Surrey.

I am honoured to take the post and am thankful that the work I have done, alongside my dedicated team at RBWA (now I Choose Freedom), has been highlighted in this way.

I aim to raise more awareness about domestic abuse as well as highlighting some of the amazing work other organisations and individuals are doing across Surrey.

I am also thrilled that Nicola Dawes, Founder of Stripey Stork, an incredible charity we work alongside, has also been made Deputy Lieutenant of Surrey.

Together, with the Lord Lieutenant, I know we will make a difference."
