Emma started working at RBWA during the pandemic in 2020. She started her journey here as a Family Advocate which included taking the children on 1:1 trips. Emma quickly realised she wanted to do more to help the families staying at the refuges and is now one of the Service Managers. Emma's role is to keep the families safe and to ensure the smooth running of the refuge services.
I love my job here at RBWA because I get to help and be part of the family’s journey to freedom. I also get to work alongside an amazing team full of inspiring women, who are all passionate about raising the awareness of domestic abuse.
